I don’t know about you but what I’ve been hearing lately is people are getting bored with their same old repertoire. Why not change things up with a new ‘toy’ or appliance for your kitchen?

Are you new to the sous vide cooking trend? I do not have one yet but have been reading the reviews and here are a couple I have my eye on. This first one is from Breville. While I do not know them to be a leading name in sous vide reviews, we have had such good luck with Breville small appliances I think this one is worth considering. It had solid reviews on the store’s website so that’s enough for me.

Next up is the instant pot. In my grandmother’s day a pressure cooker was used to save time but since my grandmother scalded herself with the steam from hers on several occasions I always thought those were rather dangerous and never wanted to use one. Fast forward a few decades and we have the answer, the instant pot. This one on sale is a great deal right now.
Next up, what’s not to love about having crisp “fried” calamari or French fries without the guilt? Enter, the air fryer from the same people who brought you the instapot.
